please tell me what you think of the upper-picture on this website:
http://www.geocities.com/infernostudios2003/index.html

I think I'm going to use it, but I'm not sure what sort of texture it should get (rusty, or chrome-like?!). If you have an idea how to name him, and texturing ideas, please tell so

bye bye, Jurgen

Some ideas and concepts are good within the model but i feel it needs a little more work as it might be little high in polys.
is there a head to come.?
I like the balance of the models proportions and some key stuff for sure. I think the torso area is something im not so fond of with what seems to be seperate peices.
It always looks better when its skinned to assess the true feel of the model i reckon.
keep up the good work its different and interesting.

I basically agree with Indi. The torso looks wrong ( too blobby ) and there are way too many polys considering the lack of detail. The proportions seem about right, and there are some interesting design elements, such as the feet, the cables, and the rotor-hands.

If you can halve the polycount and give the torso some shape, it would look pretty good. And you'll need to pay some attention to the joints as it doesn't look as though it will deform well when animated.
