FPSC Classic Scripts / Ambient level for under water?

I'm trying to make the ambience dark under water.
I have this so far but it isn't working.

Can anybody help me this?

I'm sorry I'm dealing with layers I need away to control ambient for each layer of a level. Is that possible?

If I understand you correctly, I've run into the same problem.
I think it has to do with the "water shader" used. Always has a glow around it.
My work around has been to use a "hud" and the condition "plrunderwater=x" to call the hud. The hud itself is about 50% opaque, giving a darkening effect while underwater.
(even the "flashlight" hud would work). Would that work for oyu?

My games never have bugs. They just develop random features..
