Hi. I need a script, kinda like the coward script. But I need more AI, so when the player is within x meters from the entity, the entity does the coward "movement", so he crouches, and screams "Please dont Kill Me!". But I also want it to get into this position when the player isnt within x metres, but he hears a gunshot. Is this possible?

Well for that you would need an animated character. And a soundclip of "Please dont kill me!"
Modelpack 53 TF341 includes 4 cower animations that you might consider.
Also, there are two "coward scripts in your Files,scriptbank,people folder that you might want to try as your "Main" script for you character, but I think they just run away.
Check out the manual in your Docs folder, and search scripts/scripting ect.. in the search box at the bottom of the page.
You will need the conditions "noiseheard" and "plrdistwithin" in your script.
