I know that you can pass references to variables in functions, but is it possible to create a global variable as a reference? I'm working with an array of types, and my current solution is to get the index by finding the ID that matches my parameter. It would be much easier if I could just manipulate the variable to propagate changes to the array at the specified index, and reassign it to different indices as needed. Is this possible?

I think you are describing a pointer, which we don't have in AppGameKit yet. There were available in DBPro , so maybe one day it will be implemented.

I am talking about pointers, glad that they've been implemented in the past, I hope to see them in AppGameKit, it would make things feel a lot more robust.
