Hello I was wondering if you could actually make cyberplanet's with Bryce, I haven't got the budget to buy Mojoworld Generator which is an amazing program which allows you to make Cyberplanets, here is the link [href]www.pandromeda.com[/href]

I was wondering if it would be possible to do it with Bryce 5 just that I would need a program to build the planet with as Bryce doesn't allow you to build planet's and export them only certain types of terrain, is the Cartography shop any good at doing that?

I looked at mojoworld a long time ago, basically you provide a seed value that gets parsed into world. The underlying concept is easy enough to understand and implement, especially if you have ever built any fractal terrain generators.

Can a mojoworld clone be made in DBP? The technology certainly exists. So, I'd say yes. The tricky part is reverse engineering mojo's features and building a sensible seed format to support the features that you want.

vampyre - don't buy Bryce just yet, we've a new package coming out this week that will address all your landscaping/texturing needs, and it's a LOT cheaper than Mojo.

Cheers,

Rich

Oh dear I have already bought it since a year ago Richard, still will your software allow me to actually assemble a planet Bryce style as I have tried the Mojoworld demo and I think it is brilliant but it isn't immediate like Bryce, will it enable me to build a World easily and quickly similiar to Bryce and Doga L Series and also export it in 3D ?

Also would I be able to import as well?
