Hi all.
I have a problem with my new asus zefone 3.
The smartphone reboots every time I run an app made with agk, even the agk player downloaded from the play store.
I've already hard reset the asus and I don't konw what to do now.

I think it is problem with your phone software so you should install new software to your android phone.

Sorry, but I don't understand what do you mean.

My phone is a brand new one and I don't know what software I can install. I've made a hard reset to the factory settings.
I've tried different softwares made with agk from the google play store (agk player 2, spun) and softwares made by me.
I run the apps and I get a black screen and, after a second, the phone resets. every time!

Most likely unsupported hardware or OS (is anyone else using AppGameKit on Marshmallow yet?). Paul will probably need to confirm.

A search gave the spec of your device as:

OS Android OS, v6.0.1 (Marshmallow)
Chipset Qualcomm MSM8953 Snapdragon 625
CPU Octa-core 2.0 GHz Cortex-A53
GPU Adreno 506
