You need a ftp client. I use filezilla http://filezilla.sourceforge.net/.

No you need to write the webpage yourself then upload with a ftp client(like filezilla).

There are no doubt hundreds of html tutorials about. I found this one on google.

If you don't want to write the html yourself there are html editors. I don't use one so can't make a recomendation.

If you want an easy life, use something like NetFusion (or WebPlus)...

Did you bring the cloak of invisibility ? Oh damn, I left it in the bag of forgetfulness...

You guys are just confusing him. You should make a website at angelfire.com or something. They have built-in web tools for you to easily create a webpage.

I presume he wants to host screenshots and downloads of his game. angelfire etc. are useless for this type of thing. They don't allow hotlinking and if you host a download on angelfire they will delete your site.

True, but you can also create gallerys and download pages on Anglefire, Geocities, etc. and simply post the link as well. Personally, I prefer links to a site over massive images bloating the forums, meassing up the layout, and slowing down loading times.
