so i want to do is make the android as a controller for the pc game im making.

how do i do that? should i use LAN/local network? multiple android phones as controllers

you could do it via the local wifi and sending network messages yes but it might be a bit slow if ever there was any lag.
not sure there would be any other way but it's a cool idea

or bluetooth, is it a bad idea to use bluetooth? XD

Yes, because AppGameKit can only recieve bluetooth signals though the HID port of the android. (For example, if you add a HID mouse to your android, AppGameKit will get most of the keystates)
Only Tier2 is capable of sending BT signals though a direction connection. The tcp commands of AppGameKit should do their best!
