Now i know how to use the scroll background command but and the load and get image commands but i cant seem to paste other images onto the world that are off the edge of the visible screen. i get an error bitmap to small to get. . . i tried to make a realy big bitmap like 10000x10000 LOL didnt work computer crashed windows SUX (sorry had to slip in my microsoft jab for the day) any ideas. plus once i get all this working how would i code some boundries? thanks all

Hi,

You could try making the background as a sprite (with your player in the centre of the screen), when you hit left/right, move the background and not the player...

Hope it helps,
Cheers.
