I checked out breifly the networking support but all I saw was DirectPlay.
Is there support for winsock or using TCP/UDP directly without the directplay or darkbasic layers?
I ask because I plan to make a client/server based game and winsock is the what I have used in the past to do this.
I most likely will use Visual Basic 6 to make the server and Dark Basic to make the client.
Any help?

If you want to use tcp/udp from winsock you need to wrap it in a non-vb dll to use from within dbp. DBP won't play with ActiveX DLL which is what vb dlls are.
