Could any one explain me please, what is that mean in the agreement?
"The Publishing Rights shall be exclusive to SomeCompany throughout the Term and any Wind-Down Period."
I don't understand what the "any Wind-Down Period" means.

The wind-down period of a company is when it is coming to an end.
