Hi M Team Studio
Quote: " add in a video introduction"

Are you referring to something like an intro video that plays before the game starts?
Then make your video ( .avi or .wmv - .avi seem to work best)
NAME it "splash" ( splash.avi ) and drop into your "main " directory
along with the game .exe Now when you first start the game, intro video should play first.

if your looking for the video to play at another point, additional steps are needed.
best

M Team Studios There is no "code" for a Splash intro video, you just name it "splash" and place into your Main directory of your build.
When you start your game the intro plays first.
I'm thinking, did you test it by chance with a test run? If so, no that wont work. Only in final builds.

okay first and foremost the most eaisest way to go out about this seems hard, but easy if you follow these instructions. First goto your game folder, go into your files folder, goto your languagebank, folder, [yourlanguage] [your[gamenamefolder] and open up your titlepage.fpi with notepad or FPI edit path, above your :state=0:music=[yourmusic] type this in :state=0:video=videobank\[yourvideo.avi or yourvideo.wmv]
if you have not made a videobank folder in your files folder do so, and put your video in this file. then your script sould look like this

:state=0:video=videobank\yourvideo
:state=0:music=audiobank=yourgamemusic

once it tools like this save it. not save as.

launch your game, and your video file will appear before your game menu will show up, with love - Stealth Cheers!
