I have tried everything. Change all the timers, and all the variables but it wont move from 20 seconds to about 40-60 seconds.
Is this possible? Here is the script:

Mr Love Tax78 wrote this script a little different. He has the variable counting backwards ( 0 to -14) when underwater, and adding 0 to 20 when above water.
This makes it very difficult to makes changes, If you look at the scripts you'll see " :varequal=watersystem " it looks like he has 34 images tied into this script ...wow
If you open any of the water scripts and look at line of code ":state=11,plrunderwater=1,varequal=watersystem 20:etimerstart,state=50"
that variable 20, if you change it to something like 60 ( 1min) you have 60 sec's before you die, BUT when you test it all the hud images are incorrect.
Change that line to 60 and do a test and you will see what I mean....

Did I do something wrong here, NOTHING happend??? I thought I courld use the air hud pictures more then once perhaps three times, then it shourld be 60 seconds...

;underwater timer
:state=11,plrunderwater=0,etimergreater=500:state=12
:state=11,plrunderwater=1,etimergreater=1000:addvar=watersystem 1,etimerstart,state=11
:state=11,plrunderwater=1,varequal=watersystem 60:etimerstart,state=50
:state=11,plrunderwater=1,varequal=watersystem 0:etimerstart,state=14
:state=11,plrunderwater=0,varless=watersystem 0:state=12
:state=11,plralive=0:camfov=0,fog=0,state=52

Mr Love Yes, that looks correct. Strange, it worked for me ?
Ok, I'm going to play with the "etimer" settings tonight and see if I can
get it to last 60 sec's? It shouldn't be too hard to do.

WAIT!!! I need an exact time here... This is a speedrun under water, I want it to be hard to reach the gate in time, so its important that I have quite an exact time... I want the time in this script plus + five seconds...

Mr Love
To answer the previous question, to make it last 60 sec's (1 min) you can easily change the etimer from 1000 to 3000.
Look at the second line on state=11, with etimer at 1000 & variable counts to 20, so 20 sec's. If you change etimer to 3000 & variable counts to 20 = 60 sec's.

Now this new script is a beast I have no clue what's going on ??? This is the one I feel somethings missing?
If you want an "EXACT" countdown underwater script use the very simple one I gave you on other post.

Set the "setair=x" to the exact time you want in seconds, setairtime=x is the etimer (leave at 1000) setdrowntime=x how long it take for player to drown ?
