2017 was stressful. I left the service and bought a house, two big changes for me last year. New year resolutions? Umm, a bit cliche but work out more? With the house renovations I've neglected my exercise. Let's see, try to quit drinking soda.

For those seeking a fitness and weightloss and health new years resolutions.
