Cloudgames I know the Metro Theater uses post-process shaders & effects.... do you have them turned on ?
Also, what kind of "water" are you talking about, is this a "decal" with effects or something else?
Do you have all the necessary shaders for these water effects, open the water's .fpe file and see if you have that shader in you files.
It might be missing ???
Also you shouldn't be able to "shoot" the effect (decal) and destroy it
