Unfortunately not, I wish it was a joke.

Our server provider had an issue with their block storage cluster which meant our web servers could not access any site files. We are still waiting for full recovery of forum and product files but expect everything to be back to normal in just a few hours.

Due to the size of the data TGC has a backup from off-site storage takes a long time.

Overall we were down 17 hours, rest assured we are already taking steps to ensure this cannot happen again.
