i got Erant Ai's Pistol pack and this happened? how do i fix it?

thedoctor989 Which pack did that come from. I have most of eai's weapons. Just looks like the
texture is missing or wrong file path in the gunspec file ?
My games never have bugs. They just develop random features..

it is the Pistols pack, the one in the picture is the colt with optional Suppressor.

thedoctor989 The only packs that I know of are the "Modern" pack and packs # 9 & 10 for fpsc ???
Sorry but I don't have any suppressed colts
Just check your texture paths and make sure they are correct, and the shaders if any ?

Hello!

It seems that the hand texture is missing. (Obviously...sorry)

On the file screenshot I do see a file named "HAND_D_M_gloveA1". Try changing the name of that file to "HAND_D.jpg".
EAI's hand textures were always a jpeg image separate from the dds image used for the gun texture.

Let me know if that helps!

i changed it to a jpeg and now only the bottom hand is showing up when aiming?

(P.S i just installed Black ice mod yesterday)

Also in the gunspec file make sure the texture path is empty, since EAI's weapons uses multiple
textures.

Try leaving the texture path in the gunspec.txt blank.

Ah ha! We found a branch in this problem. Now for the root of it!
I'm with Ncmako and Pvt.Dan here and make sure any reference to a texture image is blank in the "gunspec.txt"

Honestly, it looks like a bootleg pack of modded/custom (potentially pirated) weapons. Where did you get it?

It appears to be missing the Hand_D.JPG you can probably just rename HAND_D_glovesA1 as that longer name is the name provided in the hand maps pack but must be shortened to work in FPSC.

i got it from a strange fps creator Russian forum, they have almost all of your packs for free. (many don't work though)

I told you once before, EAI's stuff isn't that expensive. It's next to free anyway. Just buy the packs... and those WILL work!
