How do I purchase a DBpro package?
Will they send it in post-office?
Is Western Union ok for sending the payment?
How many weeks or days will it take to deliver in Philippines?
How much will it cost for delivery in Philippines?

It will be sent using Parcel force.
Don't know how long it will take - official times are up to 4 weeks for delivery.
It will cost you nothing because delivery is included.
