I think an UpdateTextShadow(text as integer) is also needed if you move the text after creating the shadow.

I think I would add parameters to offset the shadow and introduce levels of opacity but otherwise that is quite handy

It looks like there's something wrong with the bit that sets the max width based on the text total width. Sometimes it looks fine, other times it drops the last word of the shadow down to the next line, so I'll need to re-think. It's a shame there isn't a "GetTextMaxWidth" command.
