I have no problems with commands, like hello world, but when i use 3d commands (make command) my compiled exe doesnt wrking without any error.

There was no code, just using of any 3d command make program unusable. Cube creation example as variant. I have win10

Most likely you need to install directx 9.0c

Your apps work if you don't use 3d because text only does not try to initialize direct3d.

It most likely fails when you use 3d commands (and likely 2d sprites/graphics commands also) when it tries to initialize direct3d and fails to find 9.0c installed.
