I own a Latte Panda 64GB with Win10 and a 128GB Micro SD card. If I want to keep my Dev environment separate from my actual gaming system, would this be a Feesable choice to use?
Also, is there any kind of Template system that is available like with Visual studio to give me a basic starting point to start coding from?

Latte Panda (as I recall) uses an Intel Atom (x86) Processor... with a DirectX 10.1 Compatible GPU, so it should run Dark BASIC Professional just fine.
I'd recommend installing Windows 10 32-bit as Dark BASIC Professional doesn't exactly "Play Nice" with 64bit Windows...
