Hi forum,

I want to combine two objects in a 3D modeler application in order for AppGameKit to detect through getobjectnummeshes, that there are multiple meshes. Let's say combining two cubes. I tried parenting in Blender, but it didn't work. Any suggestions or ideas?

Thank you very much!

Not sure if you want to know how... or just want an example, so I attached a "working" Child Object approach.

[edit] alright I'm starting to think that the Forum has an issue with Edge., as I had to use Edge New before it actually attached

I'll have a look on that link that you sent, blink0k.

Raven, I need to know the info on how to make object have meshes detected in AppGameKit, if it's possible, in Blender .

PS: The object detects 1 mesh, not 3 and 0 children .

Typically you have to do it by assigning each separate mesh a unique material in blender. Otherwise AppGameKit combines all the meshes into one. Its been covered on the forum a few times.
