Hello
I just purchase AppGameKit Studio a few days ago - it's excellent and well worth the money

Just out of curiosity, why is the IDE executable 32 bit ? ( I appreciate that the compiler etc is 64 bit)
I know we don't need massive RAM access but I was wondering if there was some specific reason.

Thank you.

What do you perceive would be the benefit of a 64-bit IDE?
To be clear, I've nothing against a 64-bit IDE, I am just curious what the improvement would be.

Does my question imply 'improvement' ?

The 32bit IDE runs on both 32 and 64 bit OS. You wouldn't notice any difference regarding speed or responsiveness if it was 64bit.

Many people still use a 32bit OS. You can't run a 64bit IDE on a 32bit OS, so there have to be 2 versions of the IDE.
Meaning additional work ( especially when updating the IDE ).

I'm just speculating here, but it makes sense to me.
