the easiest way is to open your case and read the biggest writing on the motherboard.

should say the make and the model number

POST test displays this data every time you boot up, unless you have one of those preloaded crap systems that throws up a splash graphic in it's place. You can turn off this option in your bios then reboot to see the info of the motherboard. I forget which key pauses the boot (try pause/break key) but either way you'll need to pause the boot to write down all the info because it contains long numbers regarding the mb and bios versions/make/model/etc
