I found this today - its a very cool, simple to use and totally free!

Thanks for posting. TGC actually refer to this sound generator in their educational guide. They also recommend paint.net which is an excellent paint program.

I actually play around with AppGameKit a few years back, with a quick Sound Mixer/generator in AppGameKit for fun...
(Source Included)

Have a look... Lots of space for improvement....
