You can't create an elevated exe or something that always has admin by default if that is what youre trying to do.
If the compiled exe needs admin when it runs, it has to be run as admin each time.
You shouldn't need admin to do the compile unless you were trying to output the exe to a restricted location. You could probably run the editor as admin if that's the case, but you be better outputting to a different location instead
