I am using the program from Famous 3D to create lifelike talking heads. This has an export to Shockwave and then I export Bitmaps to be able to make an animated sprite for the speech that I want.

This makes large files and is tedious work.

Famous 3D has a game engine export. Does anyone know of how I can use it in my game. Attrached is the info on the file format

You can view Famous 3D at Http://www.famous3d.com

Possible why I have no answer on the board is that either no one knows about PROFACE or the message was posted while eveyone was on holiday

the current 3d packages supported look like these.

* Maya 4.5
* 3dsMax 5.0
* Lightwave 6.0
* SoftImage 3.9

I would imagine you will have to ask your vendor if the Direct X format is supported for Dx9 so you will have a close knit format for DBP.
