hello all, when trying to run an application in appgamekit2 classic on mac m1, the message that the executable is old or the date is invalid .

has anyone encountered this problem?

AGK Classic doesn't work well on MacOS these days. The IDE is super slow and barely useable due to the old version of Geany.

AGK Studio on the other hand works very well so I highly recommend ditching Classic and grabbing Studio

I have a similar problem with the player and with classic on MacOS on a M2 machine. Will try Studio.

TGC has probably putting all their time and efforts and costings to work heavily on studio. classic probably hasn't had any TLC for few years. I would expect teething issues on products that is not been maintained.

Go for studio and then see if that's any good on MAC then I suppose re report the issue

My thoughts anyway

Developing on Mac M1 and all is fine.

@xGEKKOx - The Tier 1 IDE of AppGameKit Classic is very broken on the later MacOS's.
