It has the source code from the completed programs for the guides as you would expect although the 3rd part of the book will only run under DP pro (me thinks its a con to make you use the demo then go and buy it when you realise you just can't live without it anymore)

I'm unaware if there demos or not.
I believe that theres also a few bits from darkmatter on there.
and theres also some demo of other useful progs on there too. and I believe a full version of an animator although I seem to remember it was quite pants (not very good to the rest of the world). and theres maybe a bit more on there besides all that without going and hunting for it I couldn't say. I'm sure the Amazon reviews would tell you more if you were serious about buying this product.
