Im bored, its 3am and im not tired at all, im in a building made for 600 students and at the moment i am one of about 6 people living in it. I have nothing to do, nothing to download even though a have a connection 10 times faster than broadband. I havent got a dbp project to be working on at the moment coz i cant be bothered with the work and i haven't got any good ideas.

I just want something to do

I can't, the proxy only allows port 80,8000 and 8080 conections. So kazaa cant connect. Anyone know of anything good to download, or anyway around the proxy problem.

I can use ftp but its means using telnet to connect to a uni server then getting that server to connect to the ftp server then to download what i want, then i have to get my files of the uni server.

Does anyone want to start a kazaa lite ++ supernode on one of the above ports.

There is an internal file sharing program developed by students here that gives me 1 mb/s, its called lusernet www.lusernet.tk, but because im alone here there are only about 5 users on at the moment. during term time there are about 60 users sharing a total of 1000GB of files, mostly divx movies.

Nothing illegal of course!! (ahem)

the admin here are putting up blocks so the program cant reach people in other buildings on the campus, i know im definitely connected to 3 buildings (out of about 60).

well maybe a couple of gig (7gb)

honestly tho, get boring after a while.

oh and indi, its my own comp in my own room and term hasnt started yet.
