Hello
I would like to ask about if there are someone who uses Blitz3d because I have some questions about it. Now know that I am not trying to start a flamewar, it is just questions.

1. Is Blitz3D easier than DarkBASIC Professional? And please don't ask me to try the demo of these programs because I'am currently using DBPro and I don't understand that much about programming, so I can't see if one program is better than the other by just trying it.

2. Is Blitz3D more stable than DarkBASIC Professional? I ask about this because It seems like there are many problems with DBPro. (I'am using DBPro as you can see in the first question.)

I think that was all I had for now.

AMD Athlon XP Barton 3000+ CPU, 1024 Mb DDR-Ram, Geforce FX 5600 with 128 Mb Ram, 80 Gb Harddisk, Direct X 9.0b, Windows Xp Home Edition.

These posts tend to get locked. Search "Blitz" on the DBPro board and you'll come up with a few lengthy discussions. I don't know much about blitz but here are my answers based on things I've heard...

1. DBPro is easier to start with.
2. Blitz is more stable (at the moment). Wait for U6 (month or so) and hopefully all the known bugs will be gone.

Do you bite your thumb at me sir?

well there's almost always a way around it and the U6 should clear up things a bit

I've never even looked at Blitz, because I like the TGC ethos - always improving, always adding extra functionality.
