Hi,

I've got a question about the GLUE OBJECT TO LIMB func in DBPro. I've checked through every resource I could think of (Manual, Bug reports, forms, etc...) and I can't find an answer to this.

The format for the parameters for G O T L is:

GLUE OBJECT TO LIMB ObjectNumber, SecondObject, LimbNumber

If I use any LimbNumber other than 0 my program compiles and barfs. If I attach multiple objects to limb number 0 they seem to work. At least they are attached and visible.

My questions is this: What does the LimbNumber do? Does my model need to be broken up a certain way so that there are different parts? The model I'm using is the "soldier_stand.x" from the Nuclear Glory demo.

Thanks

OK, I guess I've figured out my answer. The problem is that I have only one limb on my model (number 0) so using a limb number other than 0 is invalid. My confusion was caused by the fact that I didn't get an "invalid limb number" error as I probably should have. I was thinking GLUE LIMB worked like ADD LIMB so I thought when I was gluing to limb #1 I was making a new limb when in fact I was trying to attach an object to a limb that didn't exist. This is what put me on the express bus to barf city.

Anyways, I posted this just in case someone else runs across this problem in the future and this info helps.
