i can not program or anything!!!! i don't know where to start.. maybe then i can do programming!!!!

9 out of the 10 voices in my head say i'm perfectly sane.

Do you have DarkBasic or DarkBasic Professional?

In any case start out with the manual that came with your product (if any) read though it.

Go to the editor and play around with the commands

Basic setup for programs

Sync on
Sync rate 30

all your stuff here

sync

read tutorials read the forums and then play with the matrix commands/terrain commands/everything else this will get you off to a sort of a good start reading online tutorials helps ALOT!


copy and paste this into the editor...or type it out preferr to type it out you learn better that way.

Hit the web or get a basic programming book. Learn the basics then you will have the tools to fly with DarkBasic.

I was using the tutorials, that can find here on the site and they help me very much.

The tutorials explain everything you need to know to get started. All you need to do is read them.

More important than just reading, if you do not understand a command, hit the books or use to online help files to review the command and its parameters. This is how I learned DBP.
