Basically as long as you have DirectX 7 you can run DarkBasic Classic, you need 8.1 for DBProfessional. You probably should have at least 128mb of ram (at least), and 10+meg of hard drive space for DarkBasic Classic. I don't know how big pro is, not more than 30meg. But please elaborate on which software you're interested in.
