hello everyone iv tryed macking a map editor befor but when i do it lags alot i have sync rate 0 and i no its not my coputer becuase its realy good so if u can give me tips on macking it go faster id like that thanks

I've never worked with this myself, but you might try making the sync rate 30 ro something (i think 30 is what I use)

again, I don't know, something to try

in layman's terms please....

Syncing at 0 Will let the program run as fast as the video card allows it, so your probably in trouble if your PC specs are good and that runs smoothly.

just set the sync rate to 30 or 40 and see if that helps any...

MX46 motherboard 1.7ghz 785mb's DDR ram gforce 4 mx440 se 64mb ddr dual vga gfx card with onboard lan/sound/graphics works great...sometimes

My guess is you're reloading images or files repeatedly, or you've got lots of images loaded into the virtual memory.
