i need some help here on this now obsolete command :/

` create backdrop
create_backdrop:
load image "images/sky1.jpg",2,1
backdrop on
texture backdrop 2
wait key
return

the manual says something about using sky shpheres but i cant find any reference to them. i simply want to paste an image as the background and then make a matrix over the top of it without losing the background image.

can some1 point me in the right direction here.
thx in advance.

am using dbp btw if that is important.

More coffee plz !!!

dbp no longer supports the texture backdrop command, so you'll have to use a sky sphere/box, these is just a cube/sphere with the faces reversed(so they point inwards) and textured with the image you want, make a huge sphere then
set object cull hugesphere,0 and then texture that object with your image.
