i want to make a very very basic racegame (because im just a n00b).
so i wanted to make a racetrack, but i dont have a clue how to use it

so could anyone please tell me how to make a map or at least give me a tutorial or something like that?

So youre working in matedit? I think it comes with some tutorials, you should read through them. Or, if you just want a simple racetrack, try drwing one in a paint program, then using it as a texture for your matrix. When youre drawing your track try and keep it in square chunks/grids, so you can easily tell what part of the track youre on when youre driving around it.

There is a Load_Matrix() function on the ME site. You have to BUILD MATRIX and it will make a .mdf file and a texture file that you use with the Load_Matrix() function.
