how do i make a 2D object a drew with paint a sprite? If possible code snippet.

here is a mini snippet that might shed some light

+ Code Snippet

sync on : sync rate 60 : hide mouse

rem make a temp inbuilt image
ink rgb(255,255,0),1
box 0,0,32,32
get image 1,0,0,32,32,1

rem a mini main loop
disable escapekey
   while escapekey()=0

rem update the sprite with the mouse co-ordinates
   sprite 1,mousex()-16,mousey()-16,1

   sync

endwhile

rem cleanup your room
delete image 1
delete sprite 1
end
