how to solve a freakish runtime error?

The one I'm referring to is this:

runtime error -2147024770 (8007007e)'
Automation error: The specified module could not be found.

I keep getting this with a certain program (not DB) and I have not found a single way to fix this. Does anyone know how to fix this? (and to those who want to know what program I'm talking about, I'm referring to player worlds, a program that allows a user to make their own MMORPG, it can be found at http://www.playerworlds.com , also I'm using Windows XP for anyone who needs to know incase they have a possible solution).

Have you tried the Win95/98 compatibility setting in the properties of that exec?

to my knowledge there are no compatibility settings on it what-so-ever. So any help would still be appreciated.

Assuming that your operating system is WinXP, right click on the exe and select properties. Click on the compatibility tab, select the options that you want. Click OK and try to run the program again.

Try and find it on your OS's homepage, or do a Google seach on it.
