I'm a 3D modeler and texture artist, if anyone would like to enlist my help I'd be happy to lend a hand. My only requirement is that you be very sure your game will be properly finnished.

Hey RPGamer do you need any static models?

I was able to make my "Kitti" model go down to 500 polygons.

@ Shiny: i'm creating a 3D modeler (DeleD) myself and would be gratefull if you could create a few models/scenes in DeleD which would be released in future versions of DeleD (freeware). These scenes would have to show the capabilities of DeleD as a modeler. If you're interested, mail me at [email protected].

Ok Ok, I’ll post some stuff! For the past year I have been working on a number of PS2 games (Primarily levels, characters, and props) so most of what I have done recently is confidential. I have a few things that I can post though.

Oh, and a little about me -

I live in Los Angeles, I have been 3D modeling for the good part of 5 years. I have also co-run a professional website design company for a few years, we catered to the likes of Toyota, Gap, and a number of Universities. I have done 3D intro's and effects for television, (and some indie movies, but they don’t count ), and have allot of video editing experience. I have also made/worked on 20+ indie games. Oh, and I can sound allot more professional than I actually am.... *laughs*.

some of you may allready have seen my spoof of the gameboy DS -

This is what I have been working on most recently. The texture is still unfinnished. Made for real time. (3000 pollygons).

A japanese WW2 truck made to exact dimentions

God knows why I made a barel the other day, but I did, and here it is

This is Drue the fox made for a realtime kids game. (The realtime screenshot is in shockwave 3D).

I also have an art gallery somewhere, but its really old and I don't like it so I'm not giving you the URL. I'm making a new one though .

Yep, pretty cool stuff you've got there. I wonder what you could make in DeleD as it's not as advanced a modeler as you're probably used too...

slayer - I was planning on making a Science fiction gun pack anyway. E-mail me a list of the types of guns you want and any other details. V cool concept art by the way .

JeroenNL - Your 3D moddeler sounds interesting. I would be willing to try my hand at it. Oddly enough, although I use 3D studio Max 6, sometimes nothing beats getting back to the basics aand creating each vertex individualy. ie, Dru's head was made like that, so even if your moddeler doesn't support allot of the advanced features I still should be able to cope. Also, I'd like to create media to go allong with DeleD, ie, logo's icons and startup Images if they are needed.

Mussi - I'm sure I can dig up some content for a tutorial. I have an alien monster that I'm finnishing texturing which could come in handy. Think you could use the Science fiction female I'm making too?

RPGamer - Eternal destiny seems like a supershiny project, but I'm not looking for a something to devote allot of time to, just people to help here and there. If there are a few specific things you want modeled. ie, primary characters/villans then maybe I can be of service.

yep, I could use those, but as it's gonna be a FPS I need some gun models to, maybe I could use models from that spacegun pack

Ok, sorry for the delayed reply, I have been away for a while. Here is my current "to do" list:

1: Cockpit of an F16 for DARKGuy (almost finnished)
2: Science fiction weapons pack (about 10)
3: Deled level examples
4: science fiction enemy pack (about 5 humans, 5 aliens)

I'm just about to go and flush out my Inbox (which has piles of unread e-mails *gulp*, I'm sure I will be adding things to this list.

If you are still accepting more model requests then I could really use a 2-masted four-rigger. I will email a pict of what it should look like. If you make it I would prefer that the masts and sails be a separate object from the actual ship as i need to rotate the sails without rotating the ship.

Am I an Idiot...or is everyone else just really smart?

Updated list -

1: Cockpit of an F16 for DARKGuy (hit a snag, but back on track)
2: Science fiction weapons pack (3/10 moddeled, 5 concepts finnished) - I'll post all the concept work so you guys can chose which are best when I have done some more.
3: Deled level examples
4: four rigger ship (i forgot who i was making this for though...).
5: science fiction enemy pack (about 5 humans, 5 aliens)
6: Real life gun pack (probably arround 20 realistic guns). - This isnt for anyone in particular, but I'm making it to complement my science fiction gun pack.

gentekz and rpgamer I am yet to receive concept art for your game. (at least I think - I should probably check my inbox).

Naturaly I'm not going to do things in the exact order on the list, but if you feel that you should be higher priority then give me a shout.

these sound great - are you going to release them for free, cause i'm hopeless at modelling people - i can only model weapons mainly shotguns.

oh yeah, could you model me a human army guy, sort of like todays army not the future. and maybe a female version

thanks - i'm extremly greatful

JeroenNL - I'll tell you when I start on them.

Oh, think science fiction style levels will be ok with you? - In contrast with the allready Existing medieval style levels.

Shiny: make whatever you want to make. For your information, I actually love medieval style levels so I wouldn't mind at all if you create one or two of those too. But I don't want to put a limit on your artistic skills so...

Yes, let me pull them out of my hat.

Seriously, If you want a model made, you need to give me a much more indepth description than "3D worm models". Most Importantly is what type of game they are for, and how they will be used, what minimum pc specs you are. The more info the better.

I'm making a 3rd person action/adventure game, and I am trying to find and genaric human .x model that can be edited to make different looking characters. So, when I read your post and saw your work (and I must say WOW!! ) I figured you might be able to help, with a full mention along with whatever web address (or whatever) that you want in the credits.

By genaric I mean, no hair, just a face, torse, arms, legs, hands, you get the picture . As previosly mentioned it is for a game so a high poly count wouldn't be that good, but high enoguh to get the job doen nicely.
