is it alright to do that, because i am using the tutorials on monster hunt, and i am using the matrix, and it looks flat, but the ball actuly moves up and down, over nothing... so i am confused as to y this is doing that, so if anyone could tell me y, and maybe how to fix it, that whould be great, thankz for the help in advance.

Welcome to the fun part of programming. You get to sit there for hours wondering why it does something, bang you head on the keyboard a few times, open and close dbpro a couple of times (see if it might work then) and finally realize it's something completly obvious. Then you go looking for a noose and realize that you (smartly) have hidden everything that could allow you to hurt yourself. This process is called debugging.

Um...did you try retyping the code or looking at the code it gives you to see if they are the same?

After the randomize matrix command you need to do this:

UPDATE MATRIX 1

thanks, it worked liked a charm. Looks much diffrent when the terrian looks right.
