Ya know i was skimming through an old mag recently, and came across a Voodoo3 advert... and i took a closer look.
Now it isn't just me but they reedited the face for the DarkBasic title bar didn't they?

I'll have to find my scanner in from the boxes and scan in the pick but most of you have nothing better to do so might beat me to it by searching this god aweful internet thingiemabob

ya, well lol at all you too. The trees are retarted, who cares if they can or cannot think?
just to start some fun, let's start a debate: My side says: TREES CAN THINK!
My points being:
-They look intelligent
-Everything else on this planet that is alive and grows thinks, so plants must think. That includes trees
-I said so
-My mommy said so
-The above point was made up
-Trees must be intelligent because they know when to grow pretty leaves in spring, and when to kill them and throw them all over my bloody lawn in fall. (I swear they do it to piss me off, always have to rake my lawn... and there isn't a SINGLE TREE on or immediatly near my property. Go figure...)
-Trees make oxygen to keep us alive... therefore if they get pissed at us, they stop and we all die...
-They wouldn't be on the DB site if they wern't intelligent.

ya.. like today:
First period I have Ms. Holder...OMG she's the last thing I need on a monday morning and she was her ususal (with sarcasm) cheerful self...
Second period I had a migrane headache from staring at out-of-focus slides of WWII
Third Period I had an earache
Fourth Period Flash MX kept crashing on me
Then, I had to get a bus ticket, and all I had was a $20 bill... I had to by some french fries just to get change :S
Then, I come home to find that mirthin thinks (for some odd reason) that my earlier post was an attack against him... I mean he told me too fight myself, so I did. Next thing I know he thinks I insulted his mother... whatever that has to do with it.

What a day...

(Oh just remembered... MAX crashed as well... I lost all my camera tracking data )

oh good so it isn't just me
man, i tell ya Max has been winding me up all frickin' day - kept editing a mesh saving it, starting on the next section... load it up, the mesh would be missing something.
So spend like another 10mins rebuilding it to find out the mesh i just made also didn't fully save.

whats worse is i've helped to install Maya 5 into the studio again, but we're not allowed to touch until they tell us. (don't ask me why as the tech guys seem to live in a world of thier own)

So started up designing the last few terrains for Generals... sitting here carefully doin' the sand shader for almost 2hours - guess what?
MAX DIES ON ME ... straight to desktop, all that careful work - I had just got them to move right when tanks went across.
You've never heard such profanity from a workstation in your life

Not a good day for max me thinks hehee
And now i have to go home and deal with it again because i'm gonna start work on my post now. If it starts playing with me i swear something is goin' out a window (again!)

anyway, I know what you mean, if I run Max in OpenGL mode, I can't edit the vertecies of any model, max just fails. No error message, no beep nothing. Just straight to the desktop. Piece of crap...
