hmm, well our school has been cancelled for the last 3 days... due to -50F and below temps (with windchill) and 22 some inches of in one day. Minnesota is an interesting place.

I dunno! We get 1 inch of snow in our part of the UK and everyone stays away from work

I can imagine someone calling in saying: "Sorry, can't come in today, I have a large snowflake blocking my driveway."

Or you could use - "My car doors make frozen shut" .

Yeah! No school again! Just on the radio! It's probably worse than yesterday! And even better, my orthodentist appointment has been cancelled !!! One more day and we'll have a 5 day weekend.

Hey Chris Knott, I know bournemouth, my grandparents live around there .

ffs im unlucky. thte dude on the radio spent 20 whole minutes reading out the list of schools that were closed in just my local area, he even summariesed bye saying "every birmingham and sollihull council run school is closed" and every school in the county was on that list, EXCEPT FOR MINE!!! that list took 20 mins to read out and my school was the only one not on it!!! BAH!

You people don't want to know how much snow we had...
I let my cats out in the back yard and couldn't find them...
Luckly my older cat can swim so he saved the other.

For once, missing school really sucked...I wanted to get my final exam over with but had to wait another day studying...

Then I got stuck in waist deep snow and got all wet...damn Canada.
