Hi, I've seen loads of good quality 3d games with great models, but when I make some models (low polygon or not) and I load them into my game it lags and the fps go down to like 18fps, anyone knows how come?

What are the polygon counts and texture resolutions of these models? Also, what are the exact specifications of your machine?

500 polygons should run at very high framerate on a machine like that. Can you be more specific about your parts?

Do you have a spyware/virus filled p2p using POS computer?
