I recently started to make use of the CALL DLL command and gave a try at some windows API calls. now some of the calls are very easy to understand and to create but some of them are really hard. are there any windows API tutorials out there that explain more about the API?

The MSDN site is a good reference.

For free Plug-ins, source and the DBPro Interface library for Visual C++ 6 and .NET

Cattle Rustler, I don't feel like buying books as I'm not gonna use it that much, but thanks anywayz.

IanM, totally forgot about the microsoft site, thanks for refreshing my mind.

the_winch, I already knew that site but I think it has more of an advanced explanation about the windowsAPI, but thats anyway.
