Hey everyone,

This is a short and fairly simple song that I wrote for "Ghost Alliance: Hunters of the Paranormal", a game that I am composing for and co-producing

It is an ambient/industrial song with a strong influence from the Silent Hill 3 score(one of my favorites). The feeling I was trying to emphasize was a "loss of hope". The game is a dark psychological terror game so the music for it will be rather "odd" heh.

Oh, and the song is actually a seamless loop so thats why it kinda stops suddenly

C&C welcome as always

Enjoy!

Not unless it is chicken. Then it tastes like someone else's chicken. Once it is numb of course.

Cheers

I am 99% probably lying in bed right now... so don't blame me for crappy typing

Im looking for something (software) with good sound quality and is easy to use, but won't break my wallet.

Heh, I was just playing Silent Hill 2 (just came in the mail today!!), and I started thinking "this sounds just like that ambient stuff I was just listening too," and I was right. Not being able to play the game, I can't judge if the music is good for it's environment or not. It's not exactly spooky (it has drums), but it's very nice.

TheAbomb12: I use a lot of studio hardware/equipment, but the software I use mainly is Gigastudio 160 and Sonar 3, plus a lot of Gigasample libraries.

QuothTheRaven: Thanks Actually its not for a spooky part of the game, its for one of the dramatic "emotional" parts. The spooky type music i'm writing for it is very odd, not straight foward at all. For example, the percussion is loud industrial sounds and metal bangs(junk percussion) mixed with disturbing ambience pads and textures. The occasional filtered monk chants, whispers, etc etc you get the idea

Hey nice stuff, Grim! I like how the beat comes on after a while

I recently posted a nice song I wrote myself but didn't get much of a response (http://www.jeku.com/audio/jeku-isolation.mp3)
