As you can see I have the following code. Which is suppose to get the key subtract or add to the x and why to move the sprite though for some reason it dosnt let me do this could someone tell me why?

You have them the wrong way around, you must have:

Answer = Equation

So, your code of:

y-1=y

Must become:

y=y-1

But while im on the subject and I dont wish to spam another thread is there a way to make the background of a sprite transparent? In this case I have my sprites on a lime green background and I would like that not to show up is that possible?
