Yeah, happens in the really girly place I now work (Slough.... sigh...). Used to be lots and lots of beer, for about 3 to 4 hours at lunchtime. I'm 30 now too, and as you can see; might as well get the slippers and comfy cushion out mate.

On a slight different slant, I'm coming up to my 31st birthday soon, and the aniversary of me giving up fags. Sigh. Thats ciggies for non-UK residents here. Yay me.... bloody non-smoking world...
