Anyone try http://www.sco.com/ today? Looks like the virus was successful.

There's strangeness occurring on these forums, too, I was the first to post in the general chat for almost two hours--- is there a connection?

The 'strangeness' on these forums has been going on for a couple of weeks now and is getting rather annoying. On at least half a dozen occasions (including tonight) the forums have been unusable for a couple hours at a time usually late at night. You can get to main forum page where you see only one or two people logged in but you can't got any further. When Rich gets back from his hols he should be made aware of this me thinks.

Yeah, has been slow/ un-usable a few times in the last couple of weeks. Normally around midnight for about half an hour.

Cheers

I am 99% probably lying in bed right now... so don't blame me for crappy typing

Yes, I do wonder what's wrong with these forums... and possibly this whole site!

Around midnight, sometimes the only part that wants to load is the navigation bar. No other part of the header seems to load however (??), and the rest remains gray.

Yes... so instead of their site being unavailable due to a DDoS attack, it's unavailable voluntarily... I'm sure SCO's potential customers (*snigger*) wishing to view their site will appreciate the difference.
Not that it really matters, SCO don't need a website, since the only business they go in for now is litigation .

@Jimmy - If you see a fighter jet in your area with a huge portrait of the Linux penguin on it, be prepared to take cover!

Many explosives carry chemical traces used to identify the origin of the explosive. Best to make your own.

Dunno about Midnight, but it happens here in England all the time. The site is being dumb-assed if you ask me. Those spammers are also doing something to the site...where are these people coming from?
