I've come up with a theory and i want to know if it's true... As you keep advancing in your programming skill, does you ability to spell and use punctuation go down? Its just a theory but some answers would be nice. (lol, some people in this forum spelled "I" wrong)

I consider my spelling quite accurate. Every typing test I've done, I'll rarely have below 95% accuracy. In fact, my friends get mad at me 'cause I'm always pointing out their mistakes while typing on AIM.

I know that all the people I've taught to program have had increased results on typing tests, their spelling neither goes up nor down, but typing speed and math skills go up.

i'm 15, i just wrote my version of DB pong in my honors english class and then i see this. dude it is so true.

another interesting side effect of programming is strange sentence structure. for example:
If your_so_smart then GOTO fix_it_yourself_stupid!

There are 10 types of people in the world, those who understand binary and those who don't.

for me, I'm just too lazy. Computers are supposed to make life simpler not more complicated. Also, I peruse many multi-language forums where spelling takes a backseat to idea exchange. This one is also a multilanguage forum, although the PB forum is much more international.

hehehe I've noticed it because when using variables instead of putting a '_' between each word I just capitalise each new word.

For example : -
Instead of:

Global my_variable

I just do
Global MyVarible

So Alot Of My Sentences Look Like This

Supermonkey - The crime gifhting sex god monkey!
